Persona 5 was a very long game even by RPG standards, and the updated version Persona 5 Royal is even longer. It earns its lengthy runtime by integrating social sim elements and RPG dungeon crawling to tell a heavy story and develop its characters. With a brand new story arc that includes an extra palace (dungeon) and series of events, P5R will be taking up a lot of your time.I'm currently in the process of reviewing the game and have finished it, including all the new story-critical content. According to the overall play time on my save data at the very end, Persona 5 Royal took 125 hours to finish. The aforementioned story-critical content alone (the new palace and semester of events) added about 18 hours to the original game's runtime. This could range between 15 to 20 hours depending on your own pace.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Activision has officially released Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered--though it's just the campaign and it's only available on PS4 for now. If you're looking to play the game on Xbox One or PC, you'll have to wait until April 30.A limited-time PlayStation exclusivity deal for a Call of Duty game isn't anything new, this has been the tradition for the franchise since 2015. Normally, however, the PlayStation exclusivity is only in regards to multiplayer--either a certain mode is limited to PlayStation at the start (like Spec Ops Survival in 2019's Modern Warfare) or PlayStation gets access to certain content updates first (like in 2018's Black Ops 4).Play alongside Soap, Shepherd, Ghost and other familiar faces as you fight back against Vladimir Makarov, the Inner Circle, and other unforeseen foes.Download Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered and play now on PS4. Pre-purchase for other platforms today to play on April 30. pic.twitter.com/i4GAKjmJgp — Call of Duty (@CallofDuty) March 31, 2020For a whole single-player campaign to launch for one system first is a new one. Sure, when Modern Warfare Remastered first released as a standalone campaign, it was a PS4 limited-time exclusive too, but it was also already available as a free add-on for buying certain editions of Infinite Warfare. You didn't have to wait for the Xbox One and PC versions back then, you just had to wait if you wanted to get it on its own. In comparison, people looking to play MW2 Remastered on Xbox One or PC do have to wait as the game isn't bundled in with any other Call of Duty title.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

There's a shortage of good news to go around these days, thanks to the global COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, but thankfully, there's still stuff to look forward to--namely Elliot Stabler himself, Christopher Meloni, making a triumphant return to the world of Law & Order for a limited series. THR reports that Meloni will bring Stabler back to the L&O fold with a 13-episode straight-to-series order.Stabler was a main character for 12 seasons of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, rapidly becoming a fan favorite and cornerstone for procedural television. Unfortunately, thanks to failed contract negotiations, his reign came to an abrupt and unceremonious end when he was "retired" from the police force off-screen during the Season 13 premiere back in 2011. The sudden departure left Stabler's many fans adrift and suffering a distinct lack of closure.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

With social distancing measures in place in many parts of the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Pokemon Go developer Niantic has been making numerous tweaks to make the game easier to play. The studio will soon allow players to participate in Raid Battles from home, but before that option rolls out, it is temporarily letting you interact with Gyms from much farther away.As Niantic explains in a new blog post, the studio is doubling the distance from which you can interact with Gyms, allowing you to spin Photo Discs and take part in Raid Battles while keeping a safe distance from other players. This change, however, only applies to Gyms; Niantic is not increasing the distance from which you can interact with PokeStops. The distance from which you can interact with Gyms has been temporarily doubled, allowing you to be farther from Gyms and other Trainers as you challenge Raid Bosses.
