Players of The Division 2 might want to be careful if they don't want spoilers. Ubisoft has recently acknowledged a major Division 2 story leak thanks to some audio files left over on the Public Test Server (PTS) which hint at the reappearance of old The Division characters and more.Massive Entertainment, the studio working on The Division 2, appears to have kept audio files on the PTS which give away the story for the next three seasons of Manhunt targets in the game. For the uninitiated, Manhunts are missions available to those who own the Warlords of New York expansion pack. Essentially, your job is to hunt down major antagonist Aaron Keener, and eliminate his lieutenants along the way. Each season, Manhunts for new agents (called rogue agents) are introduced, allowing players who have reached Level 40 to continue gallivanting through the city streets in search of bounty targets to take down in exchange for skill mods.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will be the biggest Lego Star Wars adventure yet when it launches later this year, spanning all nine Skywalker saga films, including The Rise of Skywalker. No release date has officially been announced other than "late 2020," but the game's release date may have leaked during May the 4th celebrations, when an October 20, 2020 release date was shown in a video on the official Star Wars YouTube channel and later removed. While we wait for an official release date announcement, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is already up for pre-order, and you'll probably want to place your order at Best Buy when you see the retailer's pre-order bonus.Best Buy is offering an exclusive steelbook case with all console pre-orders of Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. The silver hardcover case portrays Han Solo encased in carbonite, referencing the event in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. The striking steelbook is available for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One versions of the game, the only difference being the Nintendo Switch case has a thinner border.Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga aims to cover a lot of ground, spanning nine films and packing in nearly 500 characters. Whether you've played older Lego Star Wars games or are new to the franchise, the Skywalker Saga will be the new definitive edition to own, as levels from older games have been completely redesigned. The game itself is non-linear, taking an open-world (or open-galaxy) approach to the saga. That means you can start playing the game at any point in the saga; for example, you can choose to start playing from A New Hope, and the world in the game will exist as it did at that point in the story. Alternatively, you could jump straight into The Last Jedi or Rise of Skywalker, which will be appearing in Lego form for the first time. With new characters, cutscenes, and a new combo system for combat, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will be a brand-new experience for both longtime fans of the series and new players. Like all Lego games, it'll include couch co-op multiplayer that's family-friendly and accessible to new gamers.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

All good things end... eventually. Season 2 of Fortnite Chapter 2 was originally scheduled to conclude on April 30, but a few weeks prior, developer Epic Games announced an extension. Season 2 was then set to conclude on June 4, but that date has shifted once again, with Epic announcing that Season 2 will now end on June 11. Season 3 is scheduled to start immediately afterward. There has been some unexpected extra Season 2 content to keep you busy in the meantime, and there is even a new and mysterious event coming that could give some clues for Season 3's changes. You won't want to miss it to stay updated on the latest Fortnite universe lore. When Does Fortnite Season 3 Start?Fortnite Season 3 is launching on June 11, just after Season 2 ends, and Season 2 is being extended by a week. Battle Pass challenges are available to complete until that new date. What Can You Do In Fortnite While You Wait?Prior to Season 3's launch, there will be some sort of "Doomsday Event" happening, officially called The Device. It was also delayed from May 30 to June 6, suggesting the countdown timer available in-game was based on the old date. While the extra wait is certainly going to be difficult for the most-dedicated players, it should also make the eventual revelation that much more satisfying. Epic Games has hit a home run on most of these map-changing events so far.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

During the interview, we asked Sweeney if he had any goals for the EGS in the future, which is when he brought up mobile devices."We'd like to bring the [Epic Games] Store to iOS in the future, and we will bring it to Android," Sweeney said. A new month always brings a new batch of free games for subscribers to services like PlayStation Plus and Games with Gold, and anyone who's signed up for Amazon Prime can look forward to free monthly games and loot as well. Twitch Prime, a membership included with any Amazon Prime subscription, has announced its latest batch of free games for June 2020, and they're available to claim now.The star of June's freebies is definitely Observer, a first-person psychological horror game from Bloober Team, the developers of Layers of Fear and Blair Witch. Observer is set in the year 2084 in Krakow, Poland, where you'll play as a detective who is able to hack into people's minds (whether they're alive or dead) to find clues and solve crimes. The game earned an impressive 9/10 in GameSpot's Observer review for its haunting atmosphere, incredible cyberpunk storytelling, and inventive sound design."Cyberpunk is a reflection of where we’re headed as a society, an oddly alluring reality where we've allowed impressive technology into our lives at the cost of our humanity," wrote critic David Rayfield. "This is a niche genre that needs new revisions and new pioneers so it can keep evolving as we inch closer to seeing its fictional warnings play out in real life, and Observer adds to the familiar parables in fascinating and unexpected ways. In that respect, and on so many other levels, Observer is a haunting and remarkable achievement."Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Known for its critically acclaimed survival horror game Until Dawn, Supermassive Games kicked off its next project, The Dark Pictures Anthology, last year with Man of Medan, which told the frightening story of a group of college students who find themselves aboard a ghost ship. Now, the next entry in the horror franchise is nearly here. A recent trailer revealed the anthology's next installment, Little Hope, will release on PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in summer 2020, nearly one year after Man of Medan. And if you already know it's a day-one purchase for you, Amazon has opened up pre-orders for The Dark Pictures: Little Hope.Like Until Dawn and the first Dark Pictures game, Little Hope will involve playing as several different characters from a third-person perspective and making decisions as the story progresses that will affect various outcomes. The decisions you make for each character affect how their personality evolves over the course of the game, and those decisions also affect their relationships with each other. As a result, there are multiple endings and different ways that things can play out in Little Hope, and as always, the stakes are high--no one is guaranteed to survive if you don't think carefully about your next move.Story-wise, Little Hope follows a new group of college students along with their teacher, who find themselves stranded in a quaint, isolated town shrouded in fog after their bus crashes in a storm. You soon discover the town has a dark and bloody past--in the 17th century, the town was "gripped by witchcraft," and nobody was safe from the accusations that would cause your death. The trailer shows flashbacks to 1692, when these Salem-inspired events took place, and it seems as though your actions in the past will affect how the future plays out, although it's unclear exactly how much agency you'll have in these scenes.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

As seen in the cinematic reveal trailer for Assassin's Creed Valhalla, protagonist Eivor uses a conspicuous version of the hidden blade where the actual blade can be seen on top of the forearm as opposed to being hidden on the bottom. Ubisoft decided to remove the "hidden" aspect of the hidden blade in order to better fit the tone of Valhalla and Eivor's culture."It is a deliberate decision," Assassin's Creed Valhalla narrative director Darby McDevitt said on Twitter. "It's something that Eivor feels very strongly about. When he or she gets a hold of this hidden blade, it occurs to Eivor that it would be much more interesting to let people see this weapon, to be conspicuous about it. Vikings were known as having a sense of honor and it was very important that when you killed somebody, that you let people know that you killed them."McDevitt continued: "Oftentimes, people would not be punished for murder if they had a small justification, like say somebody insulted you. They would not be punished for the murder as long as they admitted to it, as long as they stated openly that 'Yes, I killed that person because we got into combat.' And so having the hidden blade visible is actually kind of an extension of that honor. We want this conspicuous aspect of the blade to be reflected in the way that Eivor presents him or herself to the world."Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Developer Dreamfeel has released a new patch for If Found. The update is currently only out for Windows--it will be released for MacOS in "the next few days," according to a Steam blog post."This [update] fixes a number of issues, polishes the graphics in a couple of sections, updates the localisation, and tweaks some parts of the script, particularly around Mac & Cassiopeia," Dreamfeel writes in the blog post. The most notable issue addressed has to do with If Found's Steam achievements, as some of them (like "Trans Rights!") have been glitched since the game launched, preventing players from unlocking them. The update also addresses a problem that was causing players to become stuck if they exited the game from the Bog Road Heist or Anomaly chapter and then tried to resume playing. The full patch notes are outlined below.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com
