June is officially here, and for players in the Northern Hemisphere, it marks the start of summer in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Along with a new assortment of bugs and fish to catch, you can find a new type of crafting material called summer shells washed up on the beach in your town and on Mystery Islands.Summer shells are a distinct blue color, and much like the cherry blossom petals you could collect in spring, they are used in crafting special seasonal DIY recipes. As before, these recipes will only be available for a limited time, from June to August (or December to February in the Southern Hemisphere). Acquiring them also relies quite a bit on chance, as you'll primarily need to shoot them down from balloons or find them washed up in bottles.Since the summer shell recipes are only around for a brief period, you'll want to get your hands on them while you can. Pokemon Go's June Community Day is just around the corner. The monthly event returns next Saturday, June 20, and much like the past two Community Days, developer Niantic is tweaking some aspects of the event to make it easier to participate in from home amidst the coronavirus pandemic. To help you prepare for the event, we've rounded up everything you need to know about June 2020's Community Day below.June's Featured Pokemon: WeedleDuring May's Community Day, Niantic gave Pokemon Go players the chance to vote on what the game's next featured Pokemon will be, and the winning monster was Weedle. The Bug/Poison type will appear in the wild much more frequently than usual throughout June's Community Day, making this a good opportunity to stock up on Weedle Candy. Not only will Weedle be much easier to find during the event, but you'll also have your first chance to catch a Shiny Weedle in the game. You'll need a little luck to get one, though; Shiny Pokemon are typically very rare, although the increased Weedle spawns should ensure you find one with enough persistence.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Fortnite's Storm the Agency challenges are now live alongside the game's 12.61 update, giving you a few more tasks to complete before the upcoming Doomsday event sets the stage for Season 3 of the popular battle royale shooter. One of the trickier challenges asks you to open a faction locked chest at three different spy bases. If you're having trouble hunting those down, this guide will show you where the spy bases are located and how to complete the challenge.Where Are The Spy Base Locations?Much like the safe houses you need to visit for a separate Storm the Agency challenge, spy bases have been a fixture of the map since the start of Season 2. These are a bit more overt than the safe houses, however; while those are disguised to look like regular buildings, the spy bases are all named locations, so they're much easier to track down. We've marked down where a few of the chests at these bases are located below:The GrottoContinue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Fortnite's 12.61 update is now live on all platforms, and it's brought one more set of challenges to complete before the impending Doomsday event sets the stage for Season 3 of the battle royale shooter. One of the new Storm the Agency challenges asks you to eliminate henchmen at different safe houses. If you're having trouble tracking them down, we've put together this guide to show you where the safe houses are located and how to complete the challenge.Where Are The Shadow Safe House Locations?Shadow's safe houses have been a fixture of the map since Season 2 began, but they're tricky to find because of their inconspicuous appearance. The safe houses are all disguised to look like normal buildings from the outside, but there are some telltale signs that give them away. You'll know for sure when you stumble upon one as they're swarming with AI henchmen, so you'll need to be cautious when approaching them. We've marked down the safe house locations on the map below:Shadow safe houses mapPleasant ParkEast of Craggy CliffsSouth of Sweaty SandsMiddle of the island east of Frenzy FarmOn the small island north of Misty MeadowsHow To Complete The ChallengeThe trickiest part of this challenge is actually tracking down the safe houses, so once you know where those are located, all you need to do to complete the mission is head to them and eliminate henchmen. You need to eliminate a henchman at three different safe houses in total to finish the challenge, so you can't return to the same one across multiple matches, but you shouldn't have much difficulty regardless.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Mere days after warning it could potentially go bankrupt, AMC Entertainment, which owns the AMC chain of movie theaters, has revealed a loss of $2.2 billion in the first quarter of 2020, thanks in large part to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. Still, even with those losses, the company is gearing up to once again open its doors. The news comes from Variety, which reports the company plans to reopen its theaters worldwide in July, after shutting them down in March. "These are truly unprecedented times," AMC Entertainment CEO Adam Aron said in a statement. For the record, he loves the Nooklings: "They keep giving me money."Trejo, a famous cinema hardass, releases several butterflies from his pockets during the video, and when asked if he has any grudges against the animals on his island, he responds "they're all really good neighbors." The Last of Us Part II writer and director Neil Druckmann has opened up on the controversial subject of "crunch," which is when developers work long hours for an extended period of time. Speaking to GQ, Druckmann said hard work is needed to make great games."We don't try to babysit people," he said. "We draw people who want to tell these stories and who want to leave a mark on the industry. And they're gonna work very hard to do it. We need to put some guardrails [in] so they don't injure themselves, but I don't think we could prevent them from working hard and still make the kind of games we make."The GQ report goes on to say that The Last of Us Part II developers worked "late nights and long days" on the project. These late nights and long days went on for five, six, or seven days a week, for "sometimes weeks at a time," the report said.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com
