[WARNING: We've done everything we can to minimize spoilers in this walkthrough so you can enjoy the game even if you need help finding collectibles. However, if you want to know nothing about the game before playing, you should stop reading now.]If you're reading this guide, you've no doubt gathered that The Last Of Us Part II has no one, but two different types of collectibles. You've no doubt found all the trading cards using our Last Of Us Part II trading card guide, and now you're here to finish the job... with coins! There are 32 coins in total to find in the game's second half, and doing so will earn you a PlayStation trophy that you can show off to all your friends and relatives when they ask you what you achieved this month. The coins can certainly a little bit trickier to find than the trading cards, not just because they're smaller, but some of them are certainly in some devilish locations. In this guide, we'll point you towards the location of every coin in the game, divided by chapter. As we recommended in the trading card guide, for additional help we recommend turning on the game's High Contrast mode in the accessibility options, as well as the Enhanced Listening Mode in the Navigation and Traversal accessibility menu if finding these things means a lot to you.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Editor's note: You may have seen our spoiler-free The Last of Us Part II review, originally published on June 12, 2020. Due to a strict embargo, we were limited in what aspects of the game we could touch on in that review. While I critiqued the game in full for that embargo, there may be some parts of the review that could use more explanation. Now that the embargo has lifted, I've expanded on my thoughts here; this review has the same arguments and score as the first one and is simply more detailed in my analysis. Note that this review contains spoilers, including one major character death. The Last of Us Part II begins with serious tonal whiplash. One moment, Ellie and her close friend Dina are becoming more than friends in a basement filled with weed plants and Naughty Dog porn puns; the next, Joel is being savagely beaten to death with a golf club. It's the first of many, many gruesome deaths. Some happen whether you want them to or not, in intimate cutscenes that are hard to watch, while others happen just because an NPC got in between you and your objective and killing them was the easiest thing to do. Either way, that brief glimpse of happiness at the beginning is left very much in the dust. But while the scale and severity of death and loss in this game is incredibly high, The Last of Us Part II is more a character study than a musing on the nature of violence. On that front, the story of Ellie, her playable foil Abby, and their quests for revenge and redemption is a gripping and harrowing one, and I found myself deeply emotionally entangled with each woman and her strengths and flaws. The bloodshed is very much a part of that story, but it's far from the most effective one, and it's where the game stumbles a bit.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Perhaps the most mind-blowing thing about the Mandalorian TV show on Disney+, aside from Baby Yoda, was the reveal that absolutely none of it was shot outside. The sweeping visuals and alien worlds were all built on indoor sound stages with the aid of a digital background which made them look and feel real. So it should come as no surprise that good ol' Mando won't be the only show in the Star Wars stable to take advantage of the new technology. In an interview with ACE Nation, star Ewan McGregor confirmed that his upcoming Obi-Wan show will make use of the digital environments as well."The prequels were all blue screen and green screen and it was hard to imagine," McGregor explained, "but nowadays I think things have moved on so much, and I think a lot of what you see is gonna be what we see on the set. I don't know if you've seen the behind-the-scenes of The Mandalorian series, but they employ that incredible screen. It makes you feel like you're in the place, it's going to feel realer for us, as actors. And I think we'll be using some of that technology on our show."Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Horizon Forbidden West, the sequel to Horizon Zero Dawn, was announced for PlayStation 5 recently, but had no mention of a release window. A new deep-dive into the sequel is more detailed, however, while also revealing that Guerrilla's latest game is set for launch in 2021.Mathijs De Jong, game director on Forbidden West, explains in the video that the additional performance of the PS5 is allowing the team to create larger and more richly detailed worlds for you to explore, with a landmass that will expand from Utah to the western shores on San Francisco. The speed of the PS5's SSD will also allow for almost no loading, whether you're fast-travelling or reviving from an unfortunate death.Aloy will also now be able to explore underwater, with various biomes to uncover. These areas go hand-in-hand with some new robotic foes you'll encounter, like the hulking Shell Snapper that guards marshes and swamps. New hostile tribes have also found ways to reprogram wildlife to follow their command, equipping already massive enemies, like the new Mammoth-like one, with additional weapons.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com
