Temtem is getting its biggest update since its PC version launched via Early Access. Coming out July 21, developer Crema will add a new island called Kisiwa into the Pokemon-like massively multiplayer online role-playing game. Beyond the tropical island filled with catchable monsters to explore, the patch will also include the ability to remap controls, the ability to join an in-game club, and increase the level cap from 48 to 58.The star of the update is the island itself as Kisiwa features plenty of Temtem creatures to capture, additional traversal options, and unique items to use. The storyline has players defending the island from an evil organization called Belsoto led by General X. The update is so notable that Temtem's price will increase after the patch is released to $37.50 instead of $35.While the studio originally meant to release a major update earlier this year, it later decided to merge it with the Kisiwa update. As such, it now boasts several social additions as players will be able to create clubs that allow 50 members to join. Each club has its own banner that will show on player's profiles, and players will have to pay a fee using in-game currency to join them. Don't panic, Game of Thrones fans. George R.R. Martin may be taking his time in wrapping up the book series, but there's still plenty of Westeros-based content on the horizon to keep an eye on. HBO's prequel series, House Of The Dragon, has officially begun the casting process, Entertainment Weekly reports, which means that pre-production is underway.Unfortunately, we don't know much about the prequel show and, currently, there are no casting breakdowns or synopses available. But we do know that HBO has committed to 10 episodes and that Ryan Condal (Colony) will act as showrunner alongside Migel Sapochnik (who directed the Battle of the Bastards and The Winds of Winter episodes of Game of Thrones). Sapochnik is also slated to direct the pilot.In terms of story, the show will be based on Martin's novel Fire & Blood, which covered the history of the Targaryens, one of the great houses of Westeros, from around 300 years before the events of A Game Of Thrones. The events of the novel span around 150 years of history, however, so how the show will handle the timeline and which parts it will choose to emphasize remains a mystery. Likely candidates for featured characters include historical heavy-hitters like Aegon The Elder, the first King Viserys (not to be confused for Danny's horrible brother, who inherited the name), and Rhaenyra Targaryen, his daughter. Haikus give you a chance to enjoy the scenery of Ghost of Tsushima in a quiet moment while you quickly compile a haiku poem about a specific concept.Of all the Haiku locations in the game, the easiest to miss is the one developer Sucker Punch expects you to find first. No, we don't know exactly when Zack Snyder's cut of Justice League will arrive on the HBO Max streaming service. Thus far, all we've been told is it'll happen in 2021 and that Snyder is working on it as we speak. Snyder, who also directed DCEU movies Man of Steel and Batman v Superman, has shared some insight into the project.Speaking with Beyond the Trailer [via Gizmodo], Snyder revealed that he's not too concerned with sticking to the DCEU continuity that the theatrical cut exists within--which extends to movies like Shazam, Aquaman, and Wonder Woman 1984 . "The theatrical version of Justice League is tighter in continuity to what [Warner Bros.] is doing now in the DCU," he explained. "But because of this and because Warner Bros. has done the kind and amazing gesture of saying 'Zack, go finish your vision,' it's going to be divergent in some ways, just by its nature. And I think that's a thing you want because it allows more, and more is more."It certainly won't be the first film to break from the current DC movie continuity. The Batman, which is being written and directed by Matt Reeves, will exist on its own. The last thing standing in my way of the Platinum for Ghost of Tsushima was a hidden Trophy called Cooper Clan Cosplayer. The description was cryptic, but not especially confusing: "Dress up as a legendary thief." Though I'm not a fan, the GameSpot team and I figured out the reference immediately: Tsushima developer Sucker Punch's Sly Cooper franchise. I googled some pics of Sly Cooper, a raccoon who does heists, and went to work figuring out what items in Tsushima might constitute cosplay.The trouble is, there are a lot of cosmetic items in Ghost of Tsushima, and none of them look particularly like what Sly Cooper wears. Several sets of in-game armor have unlockable color schemes similar to those in that game--Sly wears a blue tunic, a yellow scarf, and a red belt. But there are about eight armor sets and none of them look like sneaky raccoon thief gear. Also, the "raccoon" part feels important, so does "cosplay" require Jin to, uh, dress up as an animal?This sent me spinning my wheels for a couple days. I got a few items that seemed essential to unlocking the Trophy, but I wasn't sure I was getting the combination right, or if I was missing something. After a while, I started to suspect there was more gear I needed but didn't yet have. Ghost of Tsushima tells you what rewards you get for each set of collectibles, and I'd gotten all the Vanity Gear that would seem to be part of this Trophy. But I didn't have all the Sashimono banners that unlock new horse saddles. I hadn't purchased every single armor dye. Ustwo games, the developer of Monument Valley, has unveiled their next game--and it'll be their first console release. The game, Alba: A Wildlife Adventure, has released a first trailer, but don't expect any gameplay footage from it.The trailer shows a sign-up sheet for a "clean-up initiative," a bird book, and a newspaper article about two young girls starting a wildlife league. If there's anything that folks who have been following Ghost of Tsushima since its 2017 reveal have been looking forward to, it's running around 13th century Japan dressed like a proto-ninja and striking fear in the hearts of the Mongol army. Protagonist Jin, in his striking black custom samurai armor, has been a big part of Ghost of Tsushima's marketing, clearly made to illustrate the masked vigilante he's willing to become to defeat the threat invading his home. As such, it's a no-brainer that you'd want to outfit yourself with this rad looking armor set--known in-game as the Ghost Armor--as soon as possible.But if you've been playing Ghost of Tsushima, it may come as a bit of shock realizing that the Ghost Armor isn't unlocked early on. So you might be wondering: "When does Jin obtain the Ghost Armor?"To answer this question, you get Ghost Armor the moment you start the From the Darkness story mission at the end of Act 2. We won't spoil the circumstances that warrant receiving the set but know that you have to make it over halfway through the story to get the Ghost Armor.
