While all resources in Valheim take an investment of time and effort to uncover and use, Iron is particularly tough to come by. You'll get to it about halfway through your quest through the game, but unlike Copper and Tin, which you'll use to make Bronze for weapons and armor, Iron isn't available to mine at first. Instead, you can only find Iron in specific places in the Swamp biome, and it's impossible to unlock those locations without taking down the boss of the Black Forest, The Elder. Here's everything you need to know to harvest Iron, including where you can get it, what you need to do to earn it, and what you can turn it into once you have it.What To Do FirstBefore you're ready to start harvesting and using Iron, you need to make some serious strides through the Meadows and Black Forest biomes. Iron is located in the Swamp biome, which is home to some tough customers in Valheim's mid-game. The Swamps have enemies that wield poison, like Blobs, plus tougher combatants such as Draugrs who can make quick work of you with their bows if you're not paying attention.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Razer has revealed a brand-new, high-end webcam that features an adaptive light sensor and a wide-angle lens. The adaptive light sensor compensates for darker and overexposed lighting environments, while the wide-angle allows for an adjustable image, letting users customize how much of their scene their audience can see. The Kiyo Pro webcam is $200 at Amazon right now. Razer Kiyo Pro webcam $200 The Razer Kiyo Pro webcam works well in low-light environments, features HDR support, and boasts an adjustable FOV. The basic 1080p and 60fps feed can be enhanced with HDR for a tradeoff of 30fps. This makes it an excellent choice for streamers looking to make their webcam pip look great. See at Amazon The Razer Kiyo Pro improves on the existing Kiyo in a number of ways. It ups the resolution to 1080p from 720p and features HDR support. The low-light sensor also works better in low-light rooms than the Kiyo's LED ring light. As for overexposed faces (thanks to that pesky sun peeking through our windows during meetings), the Kiyo Pro also works to fight against that--the Kiyo did not.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Streaming services give us access to thousands of hours of content, with only licensing agreements to act as curation. That's tantalizing for us grown-ups, but it's a far cry from the crafted experiences of specific television channels or a DVD collection. Parental controls are crucial to help make sure our kids--from toddler to teen--are able to watch the shows appropriate, and while Disney+ has lacked them since its launch in 2019, that's no longer the case.Disney+ added parental controls this week, which feature a variety of age ranges, as well as the ability to add a PIN to lock profiles that have access to mature content so that you can still watch the Muppet Show on your profile, but keep control over what your children see. By default, accounts are set to view TV-14 and PG-13 content and below, which encompasses everything currently on Disney+.Age Profiles for the service are as follows:Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

TV writers are usually working on the season that's currently airing or, at most, the upcoming season. But Rick and Morty flouts convention left and right, and so, too, do its writers. The Rick and Morty writers' room is now working on Season 7, before even Season 5 has debuted.Writer Alex Reubens, who also put in time on Rick and Morty creator Dan Harmon's NBC show Community, revealed the news with a cheeky post to Twitter asking, "Am I allowed to say we started writing Rick and Morty Season 7? (if not we didn't and I'm not)."Way back in October 2020, Dan Harmon confirmed at Paleyfest NY that the writing team was "more on schedule than we've ever been," with the team "very late into the process of writing Season 6." At the same time, Harmon said he was reviewing animatics for Season 5 episodes.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Persona 5 Strikers has finally launched worldwide for PlayStation 4, PC, and Switch, and you probably know by now that it's a sorta-sequel spinoff that continues the timeline of Persona 5. But with the original RPG not being available on non-PlayStation platforms, the question of whether or not newcomers can still enjoy Strikers is a pertinent one. And the simple answer is: Yes, but your mileage will vary.In my Persona 5 Strikers review, I praised the game's action-RPG combat mechanics, excellent soundtrack, and new characters, among other things. And the fact that I got to see my old friends, the Phantom Thieves, again as they go on a summer vacation to enjoy life and save the world one more time was a real treat. The opening hours do spend time plainly re-establishing the personality traits of its returning cast, but of course, it's not the same as seeing them grow into who they are in their 100-hour journey prior. So if you want to have a really deep bond with the cast, I'd recommend playing Royal first.Nevertheless, the charisma of the Phantom Thieves shines through in how they express themselves and fight in the Metaverse, the alternate dimension where all the battles take place. If they don't make a strong impression on you when meeting them in their normal lives, they're sure to win you over with the way they stylishly tear through demonic adversaries. Their personas, special attacks, and unique animations in Strikers really embody the Phantom Thieves' fighting spirit, and that alone says a lot about who they are.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Could Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson become president of the United States of America one day? Honestly, at this point, anything seems possible. Currently, the WWE wrestler-turned-action movie icon stars on NBC's Young Rock, which is about his childhood, though through the framing device of Johnson being interviewed while actually running for president. That's fictional for now. However, WWE legend The Undertaker sounds like he wishes it were really happening. In an interview with TMZ Sports, The Undertaker--who officially retired from the squared circle in late 2020--supported the idea of Johnson seeking the office of president. "That man works his tail off and he dives in wholeheartedly in everything that he does and if he gets his mindset that he wants to make a run at politics, ya know what? I think he'll do it," The Undertaker said. What's more, the former leader of the Ministry of Darkness and the self-proclaimed American Badass thinks Johnson would be a good fit for the job. "He's so charming, he's so witty, I think he can be the uniter that people are looking for," The Undertaker continued, adding, "I don't know man, there's so many possibilities and if that's what he chooses to do, I'll support wholeheartedly in his efforts to do so." That's a nice thing for him to say, considering in the past The Rock--in the name of pro wrestling--told the Undertaker he had Mickey Mouse tattoos and a 33-pound head.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Capcom's Ghost 'n Goblins franchise has a very specific reputation. Whether you played the Arcade or NES version of Ghosts 'n Goblins, Ghouls 'n Ghosts on the Genesis, or Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts on the SNES, working through these games felt like pushing a boulder up a mountain or pulling teeth. A little over 35 years later, Ghosts 'n Goblins Resurrection remixes and revives those games into a platformer that looks new but, perhaps unsurprisingly, embodies that same boulder-pushing, teeth-pulling gameplay. Its modern flourishes soften the blow a bit from time to time, but Resurrection is still defined by punishing, borderline cruel tactics that game designers have long-since outgrown.Ghosts 'n Goblins Resurrection is a new game, but it functionally retells the Ghosts 'n Goblins story. The basic mechanical structure of the series remains intact, too: You run and jump from left to right, throwing javelins, knives, flaming potions, and other weapons at a seemingly endless onslaught of zombies, scythe-wielding skeletons, and winged demons. Famously, you begin the level clad in armor but lose some of it every time you take a hit until you're inevitably hopping around in heart-adorned boxers.Resurrection derives large chunks--level themes, sequences, and bosses--from previous games, most notably Ghouls 'n Ghosts. Some of the series' distinctive bosses and sequences are reimagined in Resurrection's pencil-style art, which smartly breathes a lot more color and whimsy into a series that's always felt more cheeky than spooky. Not every reference to the old games is pulled literally from an older game; some, like the now-towering gray cyclops from Ghosts 'n Goblins, are more liberal reinterpretations. Even the enemies and sequences you can trace back to a specific point in a previous game are not identical to their predecessors, and it doesn't feel like replaying a portion of another game, but it's a potent dose of nostalgia.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Ded_Sec is about to get a little bit bigger when Watch Dogs: Legion finally adds in online multiplayer on March 9. And while it's fun to just get into trouble with your friends in the game's giant open-world rendition of London, hacking everything and creating havoc, the really interesting stuff in the multiplayer mode is going to require you and your teammates to get serious about your revolution against Albion and big tech.We recently got a chance to spend a few hours trying Watch Dogs: Legion Online, doing everything from dancing on top of cars to taking on high-level endgame content. And Legion runs the gamut, borrowing ideas from similar live games like Destiny 2 or The Division 2 to provide players with a bunch of options for how they want to spend their time. Watch Dogs: Legion's most interesting idea--recruiting any character you come across in the world and using them as a member of your revolutionary hacker group--carries forward in the online mode, and it's even cooler when you can work together with teammates to put together the perfect hacker squad for a mission. The experience is at once very similar to Watch Dogs: Legion's single-player mode, and very different. The online side of the game offers a lot of variety in stuff you can do, ranging from solo missions and low-key public events to very involved, multi-stage cooperative operations. The best part is the opportunity to combine all the tools you get in Legion, like hacking surveillance cameras to recon an area and calling giant drones that let you ride high above roaming security, with the teamwork you get from other human players. But that combination can also make Legion Online very tough, with the game expecting you to work together in combat and to solve problems. This is likely not an online game you want to take on with random players on your squad.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Disney+ has added a disclaimer that automatically plays before 18 episodes of the recently added The Muppet Show, warning viewers about "negative depictions" and "mistreatment of people or cultures… these stereotypes were wrong then and are wrong now." The message displays before the corresponding episode will play, but does not indicate what specific content it necessarily refers to.While The Guardian recently reported on the disclaimers being added, it also speculated the addition of these messages was favored instead of cutting the flagged episodes. But as Entertainment Weekly points out, this doesn't seem to be the case: Two episodes from Season 5 (featuring guest stars Brooke Shields and Chris Langham respectively) feature major, noticeable edits, perhaps due to music licensing issues. However, as Disney has not yet commented on the matter the reasons for these changes are unclear. But you can always count on eagle-eyed fans on Reddit to try to fill in the blanks. On r/Muppets, ItachiIshtar has made educated guesses on why this disclaimer was added to each episode--sparking a conversation about the irony of Disney's use of these warnings to "spark conversation to create a more inclusive future together," but needing to go to Reddit to find explanations and discussions.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

There is a big superhero cameo coming to the Snyder Cut of Justice League, which lands on HBO Max on March 18. However, it won't be Ryan Reynolds reprising his role as Green Lantern.A quote from a recent Vanity Fair piece on the upcoming Justice League director's cut explains that Snyder "reshot the ending with a hero cameo that will blow hardcore fans' minds." Of course, many people are wondering if that cameo will be Reynolds. The actor played Hal Jordan in 2011's Green Lantern, which did not win over critics and fans. He took to Twitter to let everyone know that it isn't him. It’s not me. But what a cool pirate flag to cameo as Hal. Maybe it’s another GL? But for me, the suit stays in the closet. I mean, computer. https://t.co/QU4NRVadiz — Ryan Reynolds (@VancityReynolds) February 22, 2021One of DC Comics' space police popping up in HBO Max's Justice League is very likely, considering that the streaming service is working on a Green Lantern TV series, first announced in October 2019, seven months before the launch of the streaming service. The show will focus on two Green Lanterns from Earth, most likely one of the already established DC Comics Earthlings: Hal Jordan, John Stewart, Guy Gardner, Kyle Rayner, Simon Baz, or Jessica Cruz. Jordan and Stewart seem like the most-likely candidates. No release date has been revealed for the show, but Season 1 will consist of 10, one-hour episodes.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Cinemas in England could reopen on May 17, following the government's announcement about the easing of lockdown restrictions. Prime Minister Boris Johnson laid out potential dates for the reopening of different parts of the economy. Most of the dates in Johnson's announcement are dependent on a series of milestones being reached, as the UK's ambitious vaccination program continues throughout the spring and the nation's COVID-19 infection rate falls. Indoor hospitality, which includes cinemas, bars, and restaurants, are currently looking at May 17 as the day that they can open their doors once more. Drive-in theaters will be allowed to open from April 12.English theaters closed in December following a dramatic increase in COVID-19 infections and deaths. While the country was operating under a tier system prior to this, with a variation in restrictions depending on the infection rate in each area, the spring reopening of cinemas and other commercial businesses will be nationwide. Scotland and Wales have devolved governments, and are yet to announce their plans about easing lockdown.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com
