A Quiet Place: Part II star Emily Blunt and writer/director John Krasinski are reportedly seeking additional compensation from Paramount Pictures due to how the sequel's theatrical run has been impacted by both the coronavirus pandemic and the roll-out of the studio's new streaming service, Paramount+. The Witcher 3 is slated to receive a next-gen update sometime in 2021, and when it does arrive, it just might include work done by the game's vibrant PC modding community.The creator of The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project mod for the PC version of The Witcher 3, Halk Hogan, recently stated he had been contacted by developer CD Projekt Red about cooperating in some capacity. As reported by Kotaku, Hogan thinks it's likely his mod will be included in the game's official next-gen update, though he is not certain. Despite the previous one releasing just a day ago, Returnal is getting yet another patch, with update 1.3.6 due out tomorrow, May 8. The patch will fix a few different issues that had previously been addressed in the problematic 1.3.5 patch, and it also addresses an issue with save data corruption.The update's patch notes were released on Housemarque's Twitter, and though they're concise, they address the pressing issues in the game's current version. Crashes, preorder suits blocking progress in certain areas, and custom controller mapping issues are all mentioned, as is "incorrect healing behavior." Hot on the heels of Disneyland opening in California, Walt Disney World has revealed how it'll be celebrating Halloween. While the park won't be doing its traditional Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party this year, it has lined up an alternative. Disney After Hours Boo Bash kicks off on August 10 and runs select nights through October 31, after Magic Kingdom closes.The event will give guests access to the parks, as well as the option to wear Halloween costumes--something you typically can't do in Disney's parks. Yes, you'll still have to wear masks and comply with the company's COVID guidelines.These after-hours events allow a limited number of guests who buy tickets into the park after hours, from 9 PM until midnight, to enjoy shorter lines for rides and character sights featuring your favorite Disney characters in Halloween costumes.
