Season 6: The Heat is currently live in Call of Duty Mobile, adding new maps, the Swarm scorestreak, and more. And you'll want the best guns and attachments to make the most of your gameplay this season. There really wasn't a lot of weapon tuning for Season 6's update. The AK117 is one of the few guns that received weapon adjustments, but despite several buffs to put this assault rifle more up to par with the top contenders in its class, it still doesn't topple the DR-H and AS VAL assault rifles. The Fennec is still a solid submachine gun option in Season 6, but you might want to switch up your attachments a bit. Here are some loadout recommendations that you might want to try within Season 6, and we'll keep the list updated as any meta shifts occur.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Pokemon Unite is a well-balanced Pokemon MOBA, but like any competitive online game, some characters rise above the rest. That means tier rankings, as Pokemon divide into the best and worst performers. To compile this tier rank, we looked at the Pokemon favored by the top 50 Master-level Pokemon Unite players. When compiling that much data, certain patterns emerge and some are clearly more favored than others. Cinderace, for example, ranked way above any of the competition among the top players, which makes it the lone S-Tier Pokemon.Keep in mind, though, that these tier rankings aren't a magic bullet. You won't necessarily clean up the competition using Cinderace, and you won't necessarily perform poorly using a lower-tier Pokemon like Cramorant or Garchomp. If you've found a Pokemon you enjoy playing and you're pleased with your performance, stick with it. This tier list is to categorize the best Pokemon in top-ranked competitive play, so your mileage may vary.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Amid controversy surrounding his lack of involvement in the new Jackass movie, Bam Margera has officially filed a lawsuit against the movie's producers and star Johnny Knoxville. The suit, which also names Jackass co-creator Spike Jonze, alleges that he was wrongfully terminated from the upcoming fourth movie, Jackass Forever. Variety has the story and all the details.Margera starred in the previous Jackass movies and TV shows. He was let go from Jackass Forever last year after he supposedly violated his "wellness agreement" after he tested positive for Adderall. The lawsuit alleges that Knoxville, Jonze, and director Jeffrey Tremaine pressured Margera to sign the agreement while he was in rehab in 2019 and that he didn't have the chance to have a lawyer look it over. The lawsuit mentions that Margera's agreement with the production company behind Jackass Forever required regular drug and alcohol tests. Regarding Adderall specifically, Margera said in the court documents that he had been taking the drug for the past 10 years.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

The first teaser for Doom Patrol Season 3 has been released. The latest season of the DC show premieres on HBO Max on September 23.Doom Patrol has always been a quirky series, but this new teaser is flat-out weird. It opens normally enough, with shots of some of the main characters from the team of superhero outcasts, including Cyborg (Joivan Wade), Elasti-Woman (April Bowlby), and Negative Man (Matt Bomer). Then it goes crazy, as the soundtrack is filled with fractured dialogue and nonsensical phrases ("piffle paffle!") and crazy Monty Python-style animation, before giving us a taste of some of the strange creatures and beings that the team will encounter in Season 3. Check it out below:Doom Patrol Season 3 also stars Brendan Fraser as Robotman, Diane Guerrero as Crazy Jane, Timothy Dalton as The Chief, Abi Monterey as Dorothy, and Michelle Gomez as Madame Rouge. The show was created by Jeremy Carver (Supernatural, Being Human).Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Razer's wacky prototype RGB mask, which was announced as Project Hazel, now has an official name and is getting a beta test, the company announced. Now called the Zephyr, the mask is both protective from airborne pathogens and seemingly designed to make you look like you're a character from Watch Dogs.Razer describes its work on the cyberpunk-looking mask as an attempt to make "the most intelligent mask ever created." And from the details of Zephyr, it certainly combines Razer's over-the-top high-tech design ethos with the functionality required of a mask during the COVID-19 pandemic. Far beyond a simple cloth face covering, the Zephyr has active ventilation, internal and external lighting, and--of course--compatibility with Razer's Chroma protocol for RGB lighting in devices.Project Hazel is now officially Razer Zephyr – the latest evolution of our wearable air purifier. Designed to be safe, social and sustainable, Razer Zephyr sports 99% BFE, a secure silicon face seal and anti-fog coating. Join our community beta test: https://t.co/mlex2YSMpi pic.twitter.com/yLUj0lO2oJ — R Λ Z Ξ R (@Razer) August 6, 2021It's also transparent, designed to let the wearer still show facial expressions. The function of the internal lighting is actually to let the wearer show their face even when it's dark. Zephyr is designed to come with a carrying case that both charges and sterilizes the mask when not wearing it. Finally, the mask also has a built-in mic in order to broadcast speech more clearly than when wearing a simple cloth covering.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Actor and former wrestler Dave Bautista, perhaps best known for his role as Drax the Destroyer in the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise, continues to have strong opinions about Marvel's treatment of that character in the MCU. Recently, Bautista shared that he "was never asked" to voice the character in the upcoming Marvel animated anthology What If...?. On Monday, he tweeted that he now regularly "shakes [his] head" that the character won't get a satisfying conclusion.Such comments are not unusual for Bautista, who also back in May let it be known that he wishes Marvel "would invest more in Drax… Drax has a really interesting backstory which they dropped the ball on." Clearly, Bautista feels a strong affinity for the character, though he is by far not alone in his fondness for his own performances. While Marvel has not responded to Bautista's criticisms, his own Guardians director, James Gunn, also voiced his astonishment over the character's subsequent treatment. Check out Bautista's latest comments in the tweet below. That whole Drax,Thanos history seemed to get swept under the rug. Always wondered why but every reason I could come up with just makes me shake my fucking head. It is what it is. 🤷ðŸ»â€â™‚ï¸ https://t.co/AXlFcKYq5E — Vaxxed AF! #TeamPfizer Poor Kid Chasing Dreams. (@DaveBautista) August 9, 2021When it comes to What If…?, at least, Bautista is hardly the only actor who isn't returning to their famous Marvel roles for the series. The actors who have historically played Tony Stark, Peter Parker, Steve Rogers, Carol Danvers, Ultron, Wanda Maximoff, Natasha Romanoff, Shuri, and Pepper Potts are now instead being portrayed by different actors. Although the animated series doesn't hit Disney+ until August 11, and Bautista isn't alone, it's still a bummer.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

According to Fanbyte, a third mainline entry in the Xenoblade Chronicles series is reportedly currently in development and is nearing completion. Back in June, Jenna Coleman, who voices Melia Antiqua in the series, recalled her time working on Xenoblade Chronicles in a video chat with a smaller gaming YouTube channel called Din's Meteorite."It was a long time ago, I did it pre-Doctor Who days and when they did the second one, they asked me to come back," she explains. "And I think they’re going to do another. Common knowledge? Don’t know. Yeah, I think they’re going to do another. Not sure if I’m allowed to say that."Fanbyte's sources say that the third mainline game is a sequel to Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and takes place much farther in the future. Melia would be a returning character in the game, as she is of the High Entia race which ages far slower, and as a result, she has outlived her human companions. Furthermore, Coleman would be aware of a third game if she was already asked to reprise her role.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

A new Fortnite patch is just around the corner, and it's bringing a new gun to the island with some very special features. The Fortnite Prop-ifier, or "Prop Gun" as it was referred to in a leak, will start to appear in Fortnite from August 10. Here's what you need to know about the brand-new Prop-ifier.Fortnite Prop-ifierThe Fortnite Prop-ifier is a new gun used for covert play. While it doesn't offer players any offensive abilities, when used smartly, it can be a devastating tool for late-game loopers. The Prop-ifier runs on a cooldown and allows its wielder to morph into an inanimate object. You may have seen such gameplay already from when some NPCs would sell prop disguises. As of today, no NPCs have that feature on offer anymore, so you'll need to find the Prop-ifier if you want to blend into the landscape as a nondescript mailbox, Slurp Barrel, or more. The Prop-ifier will be sold by any NPCs who are aliens disguised as humans. That means this gun's location changes with each match because so too do the identities of aliens in disguise.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Free Guy, the new movie starring Ryan Reynolds as a non-player character in a Grand Theft Auto-like video game, hits theaters on Friday, August 13. When it does, there will be plenty of over-the-top action and an unending stream of laughs thanks to its heroes. If you don't believe that, check out GameSpot's review of the film. However, Free Guy will also introduce the movie's bad guy, a villainous but utterly ridiculous and hilarious video game designer named Antwan, played by none other than Thor: Love and Thunder director Taika Waititi. While Antwan exists in the movie's real world, rather than inside of the game with Reynold's character Guy, the distinct energy Waititi infuses into the role is unmistakable and so engaging that even though they're not face-to-face, it's hard to imagine a better foil for the hero. According to director Shawn Levy, though, Waititi was definitely not someone he had in mind for the role, originally."I had a list of Antwan ideas and one day [Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively] reached out to me, they're like, 'Okay, here's a crazy idea. I don't know if it's going to work. Don't know if you like it. What about Taika Waititi?'" he remembered, while speaking to GameSpot. "And I'm like, 'Wait, the director whose movies I love?' And they're like, 'Yeah, yeah, but he's also a sometimes actor. But more to the point, he's just like a unicorn of strange uniqueness. You should meet him.'"Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com
