The Hearthstone portion of the BlizzCon 2019 presentation focused mostly on the new expansion, Descent of Dragons, dropping next month. But Blizzard also teased an entirely new game mode coming to the game as well, using the Hearthstone framework for a new auto-battler.The new mode is called Hearthstone Battlegrounds, and it features eight players taking the role of familiar Hearthstone characters and doing battle against AI minions. It will launch with 24 heroes, each with a unique Hero Power. Blizzard gave the examples of Millificent Manastorm, who gives +1/+1 to recruited Mechs, or Arthas, who lets you give your right-most minion Reborn. An early access beta will begin on November 5, for anyone who has pre-purchased a Descent of Dragons bundle, along with BlizzCon attendees and Virtual Ticket holders. Then on November 12, it will go into open beta. Once it's released you'll find it in a new "Modes" menu that also houses the Arena.Blizzard also announced how its monetization will work for the new mode. Battlegrounds will be free-to-play just like the main game, but acquiring Hearthstone packs from the latest expansion will get you bonus perks. At 10 Packs, you'll get stat-tracking, at 20 packs you can select three Heroes instead of two at the start of a match, and at 30 Packs, you get access to emotes. That means those who simply purchase new packs will get access to the bonuses immediately, but any method of acquiring packs will count as long as they're from the latest expansion. During BlizzCon 2019, Blizzard announced Overwatch 2. The sequel to Blizzard's popular hero-focused first-person shooter sees the return of familiar mechanics and characters, but also adds numerous changes to the Overwatch formula. The Overwatch segment of BlizzCon began with a reminder of what has happened so far, with Winston recalling Overwatch to kick off the events of the first game. Clips from the various animation shorts released since launch were shown, focusing on the colorful cast of characters that fans have come to know and love.Jeff Kaplan appeared on stage to express his feelings on leaks, before recounting the work that has gone into creating the series. He eventually stepped aside to show a new cinematic. Winston is seen holding a photo of the Overwatch team, having attempted to recall the team, while Mei sits nearby. "Do we have enough people for this mission," she asks. Winston comforts her, saying they'll be fine if they stick together. Tracer, captain of the ship, announces they're approaching Paris, and arrive to see a Null Sector invasion happening.Null Sector is an Omnic extremist terrorist group that operated primarily in the UK. Winston, Mei, and Tracer arrive to defend the people of Paris, who are a bit bemused that an ape is fighting robots. Mei lends a hand by freezing enemies, and Tracer also darts about. Suddenly, a giant Omnic appears and begins tearing through the city, igniting a massive explosion.Mei is hurt and all seems lost. Without the Overwatch team's backing, Winston decides to hold the line so Tracer and Mei can escape. He squares up against the giant Omnic mech, but then Genji appears, deflecting incoming fire. A truck appears and Reinhardt erupts out of it, with Brig by his side. Echo is shown flying around supporting them, as is Mercy.Mei's backpack is used to freeze the giant Omnic, with Genju using his blade to destroy it in mid-air and freeze the bot. The characters reunite, with some meeting for the first time. "Does this mean Overwatch is back?" someone asks. "Yes, we are," Winston replies.Gameplay was then shown. Overwatch 2 will have story missions, and players will battle the Omnic invasion across the world. Hero missions, highly-replayable co-op, RPG mechanics such as leveling up heroes and unlocking abilities have been included, as has ability customization."Play an active role in the next chapter of the Overwatch saga through a series of intense four-player missions. Fight back against Null Sector, uncover the motives behind the Omnic attacks, and confront a rising wave of new threats."The battle continues with Hero Missions. As escalating crises break out around the world, encounter an ever-changing array of scenarios with a range of diverse and dangerous enemies. Level up your favorite heroes and earn powerful customization options to help beat the odds."It's up to you and your friends to stop Null Sector, the elite forces of Talon, and other enemies of Overwatch from carrying out their plans. Each enemy faction features a unique mix of units with their own strategies and strengths, challenging you to adapt your approach every time you play."A new PvP mode called "Push" and new maps were shown, as was a new look for the characters."In Push, a new, symmetrical map type that will launch with Overwatch 2, teams battle to take control of a robot that begins in a central location, then push it toward the enemy base. Either team may take control of the robot at any time. The team that pushes the robot furthest onto the enemy side wins the game."Kaplan emphasized that Overwatch 2 is still a 6v6 team-based competitive experience, like the original. Push is described as a "core competitive game mode, which means it'll appear alongside the other modes in Quick Play, Competitive, and will be played in the Overwatch League.New heroes were also teased, with Sojourn shown, but further details were not revealed. Kaplan said there will be "multiple" heroes that will come to the game. He also said that, "for us, sequels make us nervous, so what we're hoping to do is redefine what a sequel means."Explaining further, Kaplan said original Overwatch players will get to play on all of the same maps as Overwatch 2 players, including new ones, and with all the same heroes as Overwatch 2 players. It is a shared multiplayer environment where "no one gets behind." It seems those that don't get the new game will still be able to play on the new multiplayer content, but not the PvE content."Current Overwatch players will battle side-by-side with Overwatch 2 players in PvP multiplayer; they’ll also be able to play Overwatch 2 heroes and maps."All unlocks such as skins, emotes, voice lines, and other cosmetics will also carry over. "Your accomplishments and loot collections will be carried forward to Overwatch 2. That means you’ll keep your skins, player icons, sprays, emotes, and more," the official website says.Overwatch 2 characters will have new looks: "Overwatch 2 evolves the look and feel of the world, with more dynamic environments, larger scale battles, additional in-game storytelling events, and improved atmospheric effects and shadows," Blizzard says.In June 2019, a report suggested Blizzard cancelled a Starcraft first-person shooter in order to focus on developing Diablo 4 (which has also been announced at BlizzCon 2019) and Overwatch 2. However, Blizzard has not confirmed whether that is true. Capping off the Blizzcon 2019 opening ceremony, director Jeff Kaplan took the stage to reveal and detail Overwatch 2. It's sort of a sequel that features a roster of changes and new cooperative PvE modes; it'll also be playable with the original game's player base in competitive PvP modes. And one of the major reveals includes the confirmation of a new playable hero who has been in the background for a while. Her name is Sojourn.Sojourn will join the roster of heroes for Overwatch 2Kaplan stated that the team will not be talking about Sojourn in much detail during Blizzcon, but we do know a few things about her based on previous lore. She was a captain in the Overwatch organization who worked closely with the likes of Soldier 76, Tracer, Winston, and other. She also appears in Winston's "Recall" animated short and Ana's origin story. Sojourn has cybernetic enhancements, and while we know nothing of her abilities yet, her body augmentations are likely to play into her combat abilities. She's also the first Canadian hero on the roster (it's cool that we get to go to Toronto as a new map, too). You can catch up on all the announcements made at Blizzcon 2019, including more details on Overwatch 2 in our stories below: BlizzCon News BlizzCon 2019 News: Overwatch 2, Diablo 4, And Everything Else Announced New Hero Confirmed For Overwatch 2: Sojourn BlizzCon Schedule: Overwatch 2, Diablo 4 Unveiling, And More Overwatch 2 Announced, Includes PvP And PvE What Overwatch 2 Means For Current Players Diablo 4 Announced At BlizzCon 2019 Diablo 4 Gameplay Trailer Shows The New RPG In Action New WoW Shadowlands Expansion Trailer Released At BlizzCon 2019 Hearthstone Expansion "Descent of Dragons" Announced, Coming In December Here's Every Hearthstone "Descent Of Dragons" Card (So Far) Info from Gamespot.com

BlizzCon 2019 kicked off with its big opening presentation, and some major announcements for Blizzard games were made, including the confirmation of Overwatch 2. But with the original Overwatch being a live-service game that's very much alive and kicking, you may have questions about what the sequel means for current players--here's what we know so far. Will I Get Updates For Maps, Modes, And Heroes?Players of the original game will be able to play with Overwatch 2 players in the traditional PvP team-based mode. Game director Jeff Kaplan said, "with over 50 million players, the last thing we want to do is split the community." The first Overwatch will also get all the updates to PvP which include new maps, the new competitive mode called Push, and upcoming heroes. One of the next maps was confirmed to be Toronto, which is the first one set in Canada and has a lush metropolitan look with a statue of a hockey player (of course). Push will be a core competitive mode in the rotation where two teams push a robot across the map with barricades obstructing the path. And the next hero Sojourn will join the roster; she's been involved with the story, but soon she'll be playable. All this content will be made available for all Overwatch players. What About My Current Progress and Cosmetics? If you've poured a ton of time and money into the original game and have cosmetics and progress you don't want to let go of, but are considering making the move when the time comes, don't worry. Kaplan confirmed that all your current cosmetics and progress will carry over into Overwatch 2. Blizzard is calling this a "shared multiplayer environment," so "no one gets left behind." Overwatch as a whole is getting a visual revamp with updated character designs as well. What Do I Miss Out On If I Don't Get Overwatch 2?If you don't make the jump to Overwatch 2, you will miss out on a lot of new content outside of PvP, however. Overwatch 2 will feature Story Missions which focus on the series' lore and narrative through PvE scenarios (Rio de Janeiro is the first one which is playable at BlizzCon 2019)--the mode said to be a "complete story experience."There are also Hero Missions, which are said to be "highly replayable co-op" scenarios that revolve around individual character progression by leveling up and customizing different abilities and talents. Kaplan compared it to Diablo's Adventure Mode. What We Still Don't KnowWe're not exactly sure how Blizzard is going to be delivering Overwatch 2. Is it a separate game we purchase? Is it some sort of paid thing that updates your current client? How much will it cost and is there a discount for current players? Kaplan said that the team is trying to redefine what it means to be a sequel, and it certainly seems like a new approach to creating a sequel, especially for Overwatch being a live-service game. We will update this article as we get more details. Blizzard capped off its BlizzCon 2019 Opening Ceremony by unveiling Overwatch 2, a follow-up to its popular hero shooter. The game introduces new maps, heroes, modes, and other changes to the formula, but Blizzard assures that Overwatch 1 players won't be left out of the fun.Speaking during the Opening Ceremony, game director Jeff Kaplan confirmed that Overwatch 2 will feature a "shared multiplayer environment," which means Overwatch 1 players will also get to play on all the same maps and use the same heroes as those playing Overwatch 2. In other words, new maps and heroes will be released for not just Overwatch 2, but also the first game. Moreover, Kaplan confirmed that all the cosmetics and progress you earned in the first Overwatch will carry over to the sequel. "We want to make sure that all Overwatch cosmetics come forward with you into Overwatch 2," Kaplan said. "So all of your progress matters. Nothing is getting left behind, no one is getting left behind."Blizzard hasn't revealed many details about Overwatch 2 yet, but one area where the game will differ from its predecessor is its greater emphasis on story. This time around, Overwatch 2 will feature cooperative PvE Story Missions, which have players "take an active role in the Overwatch saga as a new global crisis unfolds through a series of intense, high-stakes four-player missions."On top of that are Hero Missions, a "highly replayable mode" that Blizzard likens to Diablo III's Adventure mode. Here, players can take on co-op missions, which will let them level up their heroes and unlock new customization options for their abilities. Blizzard is also introducing a new "core" PvP mode called Push, as well as several new heroes to the game, the first of whom will be Sojourn. There were a ton of other announcements during the BlizzCon 2019 Opening Ceremony, from the reveal of Diablo IV to a new World of Warcraft expansion. During BlizzCon 2019, Blizzard pulled back the curtain on Diablo 4 and detailed a bunch of new features about the action-RPG, such as the newly-implemented mounts.Mounts are new to Diablo's universe, fitting in-line with Blizzard's description of a larger world for Diablo 4. Mounts can be used to travel faster between waypoints and in conjunction with class-specific dismount abilities. Further, you can customize your mount's appearance, changing everything from saddles to armor to horseshoes. Altering your mount's appearance also improves its abilities, like equipping armor that decreases the damage taken on a mount and more. For them to feel grounded in Diablo 4's world, Blizzard intends to include various kinds of mounts--from demon horses to faceless mounts and everything in between. And to give the mounts some flare, each class has specific dismount abilities tailored to their playstyle. The Sorceress, for example, sends out an ice storm that freezes everything in a straight line in front of her; while the Barbarian causes a ground slam AOE attack. Dismount abilities can be used to combo with other players.Though revealed earlier today, Blizzard didn't specify a release date or window for Diablo 4. The company did confirm that the latest installment to the beloved action-RPG franchise is now in development for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Alongside the announcement, Blizzard shared official Diablo 4 cinematic and gameplay trailers, showing off the new world and returning classes. Significant changes are coming to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the wake of Avengers: Endgame. Several characters we know well are getting TV shows on the Disney+ streaming service, while the theatrical side of Marvel Studios will see the likes of The Eternals and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, along with sequels to several films--including Thor: Love and Thunder and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Now, thanks to The Hollywood Reporter, we have an idea of another movie in the works. According to THR, Peyton Reed is returning to direct Ant-Man 3. He previously helmed the first two installments in the franchise THR also notes that Paul Rudd is expected to return as Scott Lang/Ant-Man for the film. The report doesn't mention Evangeline Lily's potential role in the film, but it's hard to imagine another Ant-Man adventure without the Wasp there. Likewise, the end of 2018's Ant-Man and the Wasp left the door wide open for the return of characters played by Michelle Pfeiffer, Michael Douglas, and the rest of the gang from the first two films. There's no confirmation of when you should expect Ant-Man 3 to hit theaters, though THR cites sources that claim 2022 is a possible release window--with production on the film expected in 2020 or 2021. The Thor and Doctor Strange sequels are expected to film first. The first film in Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is Black Widow, a prequel starring Scarlett Johansson that will release on May 1, 2020.Info from Gamespot.com

Because Sony's animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse was such a smashing success, we all knew a sequel was coming. The movie won the Golden Globe and Academy Award for Best Animated Feature in 2019, and while it only made $375 million worldwide, it's beloved by everyone that saw it.Well, now we know we'll get to see Miles Morales back in the Spider-Man suit and we know when it will arrive in theaters: April 8, 2022. The Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse Twitter account released a 10-second long video announcing when the sequel arrives, which you can see below.April 8, 2022 🕷 #SpiderVerse pic.twitter.com/FC5nVIuciB — Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse (@SpiderVerse) November 1, 2019The clip doesn't give much away, but it is a reminder of how cool and unique the animation style was for the movie. Miles Morales' logo appears in numerous art styles with "2022" in the center of the spider-symbol.2018's Into the Spider-Verse ended with Miles sending all the other Spider-people back to their home dimensions, and Gwen tries to figure out a way to keep in contact, from her homeworld. Spider-Man 2099 (Miguel O'Hara) is revealed and travels to the 1967 Spider-Man animated series world where he at the Spider-Man of that world point at each other, paying homage to that infamous meme.No news yet on who is coming back for the sequel or even if the film will follow Miles Morales--it better though. Phil Lord, who wrote the first movie, did tweet the video out as well, so there is a good chance he's involved with the sequel. "They will be new skins. There's going to be new cosmetic content. There are also other awesome features coming to the live game that we think you should be excited about."Kaplan detailed an upcoming selection feature that will let you choose how to spend your time while queuing. You can go to the training room or participate in a new deathmatch mode specifically designed for waiting, or you can fire up Custom Game and/or Workshop and play "whatever the hell you want" in the future. Overwatch 2 is coming to Nintendo Switch. The sequel to Blizzard's team-focused, hero-based first-person shooter was previously announced for Xbox One, PS4, and PC (specifically Battle.net) during the BlizzCon 2019 opening presentation. No release date has been announced. In Overwatch 2, you'll have access to both PvP and PvE content. Overwatch veterans will recognize what you're able to do in PvP, though there is a new mode, Push, which sees teams try to get a robot to move into their opponent's side of the map. Overwatch lead designer Jeff Kaplan described Push as a "core competitive game mode, so the mode will appear alongside the others in Quick Play and Competitive, and will also be played in the Overwatch League. To ensure no one gets left behind, Overwatch players will be able to play in competitive PvP with Overwatch 2 players. "Current Overwatch players will battle side-by-side with Overwatch 2 players in PvP multiplayer; they’ll also be able to play Overwatch 2 heroes and maps," he said. The official Overwatch 2 website says "Your accomplishments and loot collections will be carried forward to Overwatch 2. That means you'll keep your skins, player icons, sprays, emotes, and more."The major change between Overwatch and Overwatch 2 is in the PvE. Overwatch 2 will have PvE Story and Hero modes. In Story mode, you play with friends on a predetermined team of heroes in scripted missions that will continue the narrative of Overwatch. Meanwhile, Hero mode puts your team into objective-based missions--all of which are designed to be repeated with friends to level up your characters and unlock new abilities. Blizzard made some big announcements during BlizzCon 2019, one of which was the official reveal of Overwatch 2. While so many details have been laid out, like what Overwatch 2 means for current players and how progress carries over, what we're focusing on here is the four new maps coming to the PvP competitive mode. One of them is Toronto. It's the first map set in Canada, and it also coincides with the next hero Sojourn who is of Canadian origin. The path through Toronto winds around the sprawling metropolitan area, specifically designed with the new Push game mode in mind. The map is distinctly Canadian; there's an outdoor ice rink, a statue of a hockey player, and maple trees.Rio de Janeiro is another new map, and its design reflects the urban streets of the Brazilian city. A modified version is also part of the PvE story missions.Monte Carlo looks to be a lavish map modeled after the iconic real world location in Monaco.Gothenburg is based on the Swedish town, and a number of characters like Brigitte and Torbjorn come from here.We have BlizzCon 2019 stories from every angle; whether its the details of Diablo IV or the differences between Overwatch and Overwatch 2, we have you covered. At BlizzCon 2019, Blizzard announced Overwatch 2, confirming the rumors that Overwatch is getting a sequel that includes both PvP and PvE modes. In an interview with GameSpot, Blizzard revealed that the original Overwatch almost had an Apex Legends-like ping system and its sequel might get one for its new PvE modes."[Overwatch] actually had a ping system at one point," Overwatch and Overwatch 2 lead hero designer Geoff Goodman said. "It ended up being a situation where it wasn't super useful. Maybe there's a chance to revisit it, but we ended up taking it away and putting in our current communication wheel instead. So it's possible, especially with our Hero missions and Story missions, that it will come back [in Overwatch 2]."The Hero and Story missions are Overwatch 2's PvE modes, which pit you and your team against an army of computer-controlled enemies. In Hero mode, you and your team can pick from any of Overwatch's heroes--including new character Sojourn--and then play in repeatable, objective-focused missions. As you play through this mode, you'll level up and unlock new versions of each hero's special abilities. You can also unlock new abilities in Story mode, where you and your team select characters from a predetermined roster and play through scripted, narrative-focused missions that further flesh out Overwatch's lore. Abilities unlocked in Hero and Story missions cannot be used in PvP.All 31 heroes will have new looks in Overwatch 2 as well. "Overwatch 2 evolves the look and feel of the world, with more dynamic environments, larger-scale battles, additional in-game storytelling events, and improved atmospheric effects and shadows," Blizzard says. Originally only announced for Xbox One, PS4, and PC, Overwatch 2 lead designer Jeff Kaplan confirmed the game is also releasing on Switch.Back in June 2019, a report stated that Blizzard canceled a first-person shooter set in the Starcraft universe in order to focus on developing Diablo IV (which was also announced at BlizzCon 2019) and Overwatch 2. However, Blizzard has not confirmed whether that is true. Overwatch 2 was announced during BlizzCon 2019’s opening ceremony. It’s a sequel to Blizzard’s popular team-based first-person hero shooter from 2016, but as evidenced by its announcement cinematic and gameplay reveal trailer, the upcoming Overwatch 2 will have fresh things to offer players old and new. After its official reveal and presentation, game director Jeff Kaplan and assistant game director Aaron Keller took the Mythic Stage at BlizzCon 2019 during the future of Overwatch panel to talk Overwatch 2 game modes, maps, and heroes.Table of Contents [hide]Overwatch 2 SpecsGame ModesNew MapsStory MissionsHero MissionsItem SystemTalent SystemNew HeroesSkins And ProgressWhat Overwatch 2 Means For Current PlayersHero VisualsFor a specific topic, use the table of contents above, otherwise just scroll through for all the info, rumors, and other details we know about Overwatch 2 so far.Overwatch 2 SpecsOverwatch 2 is still actively in development, so the team doesn’t have a release date or even release window in mind, but it was confirmed at BlizzCon 2019 that it will come to all platforms that currently support the first Overwatch, including the Nintendo Switch.Release date: N/APlatforms: PC (Battle.net), Switch, PS4, Xbox OneGenre: First-person shooterGame ModesAt BlizzCon 2019, Kaplan showed off a brand-new game mode called Push, described as a “core game mode” playable in both quick and competitive play, and which will also be featured in the Overwatch League. Early gameplay footage of Push mode on the new Toronto, Canada map showed two teams fighting to escort a robot into enemy territory. The team that pushes the robot furthest into the other team’s territory before time is up will win the match. As the robot moves down the linear path towards enemy lines, it’ll occasionally come up against barriers that must be pushed to unlock checkpoints. This momentarily slows the robot down, but the checkpoints they unlock also unlock new spawn points.Currently confirmed game modes new to Overwatch 2 include:PushNew MapsOverwatch 2 will have all-new PvP maps for Push mode, but also for every current “core” game mode. The team wants to ensure players have a “totally new experience” thanks to the new maps, which are also coming to the original Overwatch as well.Currently confirmed maps new to Overwatch 2 include:GothenburgTorontoMonte CarloRio de JaneiroStory MissionsStory Missions are a new feature in Overwatch 2. They will be heavily curated PvE missions where players will only be able to select from a limited, contextually-relevant roster of characters. Every single story mission will have its own cinematic intro and outro video.Hero MissionsHero Missions are another new PvE feature, designed to be “deeply replayable” thanks to three factors outlined by Overwatch 2’s directors: varied locations, which will take players across new maps and old; constantly changing objectives, which will keep the gameplay fresh and varied; and different enemy groups, such as Null Sector, Talon, and “other threats.” Certain objectives or enemy types may demand certain types of heroes to counter, allowing more hands-on time for players stuck playing their main in PVP, Kaplan explained at BlizzCon 2019.Item SystemThe newly-introduced item system is exclusive to Story Missions. Rather than a loot system like Diablo, Overwatch 2’s item system will supposedly work in much the same way items do in games like Apex Legends and PUBG, according to Kaplan: temporary item pickups that you can use for the duration of the mission. These include things like a corrosive grenade, a healing station, or a barrier fence. Items also come in tiers, like Legendary.Talent SystemOverwatch 2 will introduce a new progression system designed exclusively for Hero Missions. It will allow heroes to level up and unlock Talents that give them additional perks in combat and is meant as a strictly PvE, non-competitive mode feature. A series of Talents for Tracer were shown off at BlizzCon 2019, but Kaplan warned that the progression system is still very early in development and could change a lot.Unlockable Talents for Tracer, part of Overwatch 2's new PvE-exclusive progression system. The example abilities shown off for Tracer include:Level 1:Adaptive Reload (Pulse Pistols reload when using any ability)Chain Reaction (Pulse Bomb causes secondary explosions on enemies that are damaged by it)Level 10Flash (Blinking through enemies damages them)Hindsight (Recall causes damage to all recently damaged enemies)Level 20Vortex (Enemies are pulled toward the point of Recall and snared)Speed Kills (Killing blows speed up your cooldowns)New HeroesSojourn, Overwatch's first Canadian hero.Overwatch 2 will introduce new playable heroes, including both characters that are brand new and “characters you’ve been waiting for.” It will also carry over every hero from the first Overwatch.Currently confirmed heroes new to Overwatch 2 include:SojournSo far, Sojourn is the only new character announced for Overwatch 2. She is the first Canadian hero and has a role “right at the center of the story of Overwatch 2,” according to Kaplan. According to the BlizzCon 2019 panel, some heroes will even be introduced all at once, similar to how Mei, D.Va, and Genji all rolled out at the same time during the Overwatch beta.Echo was also shown in the Overwatch 2 cinematic and gameplay trailers, but Kaplan did not confirm if she would be playable.Skins And ProgressKaplan confirmed that all progress and cosmetics earned in the first Overwatch will carry over to Overwatch 2. According to Kaplan, "We want to make sure that all Overwatch cosmetics come forward with you into Overwatch 2. So all of your progress matters. Nothing is getting left behind, no one is getting left behind."What Overwatch 2 Means For Current PlayersIn an effort to keep the Overwatch community united, Overwatch and Overwatch 2 players will be able to play the traditional PvP mode together. The original Overwatch will also receive new maps, new heroes, and the new competitive mode, Push.Hero VisualsOverwatch 2 is not being designed in a new engine, but it is a “greatly updated” version of the Overwatch engine. Overwatch 2 will have new HUDs for all heroes, and perhaps most importantly, brand-new looks for all existing heroes. The team wants Overwatch 2 to “have a new look and feel fresh and awesome,” according to its BlizzCon 2019 panel.Info from Gamespot.com
