Pokemon Sword and Shield are out now on Nintendo Switch, marking the start of the series' eighth generation. While the games very much follow in the footsteps of previous Pokemon titles, they also shake the formula up in some notable ways, introducing a slew of new features and items to the mix.Among the new additions are Watts. As you explore the Wild Area, you'll notice Max Raid dens scattered about the environment, and interacting with these will net you a number of Watts. So what exactly are Watts, and what are they used for? What Are Watts?Essentially, Watts are a secondary form of in-game currency in Sword and Shield. As previously mentioned, you'll primarily earn them from Max Raid dens. If a den is glowing but isn't currently hosting a Max Raid Battle, you'll receive 50 Watts simply by interacting with it (this number will increase to 200 after you've cleared the main storyline). If a Max Raid Battle is occuring at the den, then you'll receive 300 Watts (or 2,000 post-game) before participating in the battle. Watts can also be earned by battling or catching wild Pokemon that are glowing. Pokemon Sword And Shield News & Guides Pokemon Sword & Shield Review - The Cliffs Of Snover Pokemon Sword Vs. As you progress through the game, you can exchange Watts for items and services from certain NPCs around the Wild Area. For example, the Digging Duo near the Pokemon nursery in Bridge Field will excavate items for you for 500 Watts, and the items they can potentially dig up include evolutionary stones and other rare finds. You can also use Watts to upgrade your bike, extending how long you can dash with it, or purchase Technical Records--single-use teachable moves--from different Watt Traders around the Wild Area. These characters are dressed in League clothes, so they'll be easy to spot while you're out in the field.Below, we've rounded up a list of the different characters in Sword and Shield who accept Watts and the services they provide, so you can easily keep track of where they're located and what they sell. Pokemon Sword and Shield have finally arrived on Switch. While the games may not include every Pokemon in the series, they do feature a good mix of old favorites and new Gen 8 monsters, so you still have plenty of options to choose from when assembling your Pokemon team.Where To Catch Certain PokemonMost monsters in Sword and Shield can be found roaming about the Wild Area, a sprawling open-world expanse that stretches across the Galar region. The Wild Area isn't the only place you can encounter Pokemon, but it is home to the largest variety of them (some of which will actually be too strong for you to catch at first), making it the best place to look for new monsters. As you explore the Wild Area, the weather will change dynamically, which will influence what Pokemon appear in the wild. You also need to keep in mind that you can only catch Pokemon of a certain level depending on how many badges you've collected, so you can't capture every wild Pokemon you encounter.Fortunately, this isn't as restrictive as it sounds; you'll still encounter plenty of monsters, including a bunch of old favorites very early on in your journey. Many can be found in various portions of the Wild Area, but your first chance to catch some will actually be in certain routes and other places. If you're just getting started, here are some Pokemon you'll likely want to add to your collection and where you can find them:PokemonHabitatEeveeRoute 4 (Outside Turffield)PikachuRoute 4 (Outside Turffield)MilceryRoute 4 (Outside Turffield)SizzlipedeRoute 3GastlyWatchtower Ruins (Wild Area)ImpidimpGlimwood TangleGalarian PonytaGlimwood Tangle (Shield only)Galarian Farfetch'dBridge Field (Wild Area) (Sword only) Pokemon Sword And Shield News & Guides Pokemon Sword & Shield Review - The Cliffs Of Snover Pokemon Sword Vs. Rare And Fully Evolved PokemonAs you progress through the adventure, you'll also encounter rare and even fully evolved Pokemon in the wild. You're guaranteed to run into some in certain parts of the Wild Area, but there may be only one of them at a time, so if you miss your chance to catch it, you'll need to wait a while for it to spawn again--something to keep in mind before you challenge any fully evolved Pokemon you spot.Fortunately, you can save right before you battle the monster and restart if you inadvertently knock it out (although to ensure a clean reset, you should disable autosaving in the options menu). These Pokemon's habitats also won't be listed in the Pokedex, so we've rounded up some rare Pokemon we've encountered and where they can be found:PokemonHabitatMachampGiant's MirrorTyranitarDusty Bowl (Shield only)GengarDusty BowlGyaradosEast Lake AxewellLucarioNorth Lake MilochVileplumeDappled GroveLudicoloDappled Grove (Shield only)GalladeBridge FieldDusknoirStony WildernessSnorlaxMotostoke River BankConkeldurrMotostoke River BankHaxorusAxew's EyePangoroRolling FieldsDittoLake of OutrageLaprasNorth Lake Miloch, Lake of OutrageEevee evolutionsLake of Outrage (depends on weather)RotomLake of OutragePokemon Sword and Shield are available now on Nintendo Switch. We're between content drops in Destiny 2 this week, after a very eventual Season of the Undying. In the past few weeks, we've seen several new Exotic weapons arrive in the game--Xenophage, Deathbringer, Divinity, and Leviathan's Breath. Next week marks the start of the Vex Offensive Final Assault, but until then, you'll have to tide yourself over for new Exotics with a visit from Xur. He's back until the weekly reset on Tuesday, November 19, and he's got a few Exotics for you to pick up if you're all done hunting down all the new ones from this season. Here's where you can find Xur and what he's offering for your Exotic collection this week. Destiny 2 News And Guides Where Is Xur Today? Destiny 2 Location, Exotic Weapon And Armor (November 15-19) Destiny 2 Xenophage: How To Start The Exotic Weapon Quest Destiny 2 Exotic Bow: "Make Bows, Not War" Quest Steps For Leviathan's Breath Destiny 2 Shadowkeep Raid Guide: How To Beat The Garden Of Salvation Xur LocationTo find Xur this week, you'll want to travel to Io. Spawn in at the Giant's Scar transmat zone and head northeast through the archway, then northwest to the edge of the area. You'll find Xur hanging out in a dark cave. What Is Xur Selling? There's not much of note in Xur's haul this week. The weapon he sports is Riskrunner, a solid Year One SMG option to have in your arsenal, especially with nerfs on their way next season for The Recluse. He also has one Year Two Exotic this week in Ophidia Spathe, a piece of chest armor for Hunters. If Xur's wares aren't compelling, you can always roll the dice on the expensive Fated Engram he brings with him. This gives you a single Exotic from the limited pool of ones you haven't already earned, for the price of 97 Legendary shards. If there's something you're missing from your collection, it's a good deal, but be sure to purchase it on the character who's missing the Exotic, and note that you can only get one per week, so choose wisely which of your characters makes the buy. If you're a PC or Xbox One player taking advantage of cross-save, you can now potentially get Wavesplitter from the Fated Engram as well.Xur Item Lineup (Nov. 15-19)Riskrunner (Exotic submachine gun)Mask of the Quiet One (Exotic Titan helmet)Skull of the Dire Ahamkara (Exotic Warlock helmet)Ophidia Spathe (Exotic Hunter chest armor)RiskrunnerIn any situation in which you need to kill a lot of enemies fast--particularly Fallen enemies--Riskrunner is the gun for the job. The SMG Arc Conductor perk causes it to get overloaded by Arc damage you take from incoming fire, making it more powerful while giving you a shield that resists additional Arc damage. While Arc Conductor is running, there's a chance your Riskrunner shots will create chain lightning between enemies and return ammo to the gun. Thus, while you're under fire from Arc weapons, Riskrunner becomes a lightning-spraying bullet hose that can keep you alive.Mask of the Quiet One (Titan)For Titans, Xur has the Mask of the Quiet One, which gives you bonuses whenever you're hurt. Taking damage gives you ability energy for your grenades, barriers, and melee strikes. If you take critical damage, kills you score can regain maximum health, making it a great Exotic to take into tough situations or the Crucible to help you turn the tides of battle.Stats:Mobility: 6Resilience: 8Recovery: 10Discipline: 6Intellect: 6Strength: 12Total: 48Skull of Dire Ahamkara (Warlock)A Warlock Exotic favorite, the Skull of Dire Ahamkara used to be a must-have whenever you were running Nova Bomb--but despite some recent nerfs, it's still a highly useful helmet. When using your Nova Bomb, the helmet makes you more resistant to damage, which helps make sure you can get your Super fired even under fire in the Crucible. Landing kills with the Nova Bomb returns Super energy so you can get it back faster, which is very handy in PvE situations.Stats:Mobility: 10Resilience: 3Recovery: 11Discipline: 22Intellect: 2Strength: 2Total: 50Ophidia Spathe (Hunter)The only Year Two Exotic in Xur's bag this week is for Hunters: Ophidia Spathe. This simple but effective Exotic chest armor gives you two throwing knives per melee charge instead of just one. Paired with the middle tree of the Gunslinger class, Ophidia Spathe can be highly effective, allowing you to use melee attacks to activate the Playing With Fire perk again and again for super-fast melee recharges.Stats:Mobility: 12Resilience: 6Recovery: 7Discipline: 6Intellect: 2Strength: 16Total: 49 Info from Gamespot.com

Pokemon Sword and Shield are out today, marking the next generation of pocket monsters to catch and battle. Like most of the main series Pokemon games, it has a little Easter egg to Nintendo's current system, but this one is even more special than you might realize. The player character has a Nintendo Switch in his or her bedroom. This in itself is pretty standard--Pokemon player characters have had shout-outs to Game Boy, DS, and more in their rooms throughout its long history. This particular Switch, though, showcases the customizable nature of swapping your Joy-Con controllers. As noted by several people on Twitter, the colors of the tiny Switch change to match the first-party Joy-Con you have on your own actual Switch. So a neat detail I noticed, the joy cons are different meaning it reads what colour joy cons you have in the console, so that to me is awesome #PokemonSwordandShield pic.twitter.com/cOLklsM249 — Mawile (@hazemawile) November 14, 2019It's easy to miss since the system is so tiny on screen, and if you happen to be using third-party Joy-Con they'll appear as a default gray instead. Still, it's a nice touch that helps reflect that the player character represents you, personalized Switch and all.The reception to Pokemon Sword and Shield has been mostly positive from critics, including in GameSpot's review."In collecting, battling, and exploring, Sword and Shield cut out the bloat and focus on what makes these pillars of the Pokemon games so captivating in the first place," Kallie Plagge wrote. "You're not held back by overly complicated back-end systems or hoops to jump through; from the outset, you can start wandering the Galar region, seeing its new Pokemon, and trying out its new battle strategies with very little in your way. This leaves you free to enjoy what Pokemon is all about, and that makes for an incredibly strong showing for the series' proper debut on Switch." When you think about great kid's shows from the 1980s and '90s, GI Joe, Power Rangers, Transformers, My Little Pony, X-Men: The Animated Series, Fraggle Rock, and others probably come to mind. However, what most people don't know is that one person had a hand in bringing all of those to television, Margaret Loesch. If you're an avid viewer of Netflix's docuseries The Toys That Made Us, then you've seen her pop up before. And in Season 3--which just hit the streaming service--Loesch is interviewed in-depth for her work on Power Rangers. In an interview with GameSpot, Toys That Made Us creator Brian Volk-Weiss discussed learning about just how much Loesch had worked on."One of the things that surprised me the most, and it's not specific to a toy or a toy line, but Margaret Loesch," explained Volk-Weiss. "It was just so weird to me that here's this woman, who was so influential on so much stuff that I was into as a kid--and people our age were into--and nobody knew who she was. I ended up interviewing her three separate times. But I remember at the first interview with her saying, 'I did this, and I did that. And I did this, and I did that.' And in my head I'm like, 'This woman's full of s***.' It's like, Anakin Skywalker is Darth Vader. He's Luke's father, and he built C-3PO? Come on."There's no way one person did all that. I did probably a dozen hours of research and found out every single thing she said was true. And there's actually a lot of stuff she's also done that she didn't mention. And I said to her the second time I saw her, 'Why are there people who have done 1% of what you have, and they're famous and they're doing conventions, and you're not?' And she's like, 'Honestly, I always thought the work should speak for itself, and maybe I should have hired a publicist and I didn't.' And so, just me, and we're actually doing a full scale two-hour documentary, just about her right now, that we're self financing. So, getting to meet her, know her, was absolutely one of the greatest things in my entire life."Loesch appears in Season 3 of Netflix's The Toys That Made Us discussing working with Stan Lee while trying to make the Power Rangers show. The latest offerings of the comedic docuseries contains that episode, and others that focus on My Little Pony, wrestling toys, and the best episode to date, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. All three seasons of The Toys That Made Us are available to stream on Netflix.Info from Gamespot.com

The latest Xbox One update begins rolling out today, introducing a number of new features and improvements to the console's functionality. Xbox Action for the Google Assistant is the headlining new feature of the November update, but there are also changes to the way gamertags are displayed, new text filters that make sure you don't have to read everything angry guys send you after killing them too many times in Gears 5, and improvements to the Mixer viewing experience.Xbox Action for Google Assistant is available in all countries where the Google Assistant is supported, although only English language options are available right now, with additional language support coming in the future. This new feature allows you to use voice control with your Xbox One from any Google Assistant and Home-enabled smart speakers or devices, including iOS and Android smartphones with the Google Assistant app installed. Much like the Xbox Skill for Alexa, Xbox Action gives you more options when it comes to controlling your Xbox with the power of speech.During E3 earlier this year, Microsoft announced that it would be revamping gamertags across PC, mobile, and Xbox One. As of today, 13 additional worldwide alphabets have been added as part of the latest update, along with a new display option for gamertags on Xbox One. Thanks to a new four-digit suffix, you can also now choose a gamertag name even if it's already been taken. Xbox will simply add the small suffix to the end to ensure everyone is still unique.Searching for gamertags has been made easier now, too, with the new "People Search" feature that allows you to find others using partial or non-exact search terms. In terms of content filtration, the newest update gives you the opportunity to set your own specific level of automated filtration when it comes to receiving text-based messages on Xbox Live. There are four filtration levels to customize--Friendly, Medium, Mature, and Unfiltered--that you can configure by going to Settings > General > Online safety and family > Privacy & online safety > Message safety on your Xbox One. From here, any message that's beyond your safety setting will be replaced with a [Potentially offensive message hidden] placeholder. The new update also adds some minor improvements for Mixer viewers. Anyone watching content on the streaming platform now has the option to move the Mixer chat to either the left or right side of the screen, or hide it altogether. When one of your subscriptions is within a week of expiration, the subscribe button has also now been updated with a reminder to renew. For further details, Xbox Wire has information on everything included in this month's patch.Info from Gamespot.com

Pokemon Go has quite a few events lined up for the rest of November, including the arrival of a new Legendary Pokemon. Before then, however, Niantic is hosting the game's latest Community Day. This month's event takes place this Saturday, November 16, and as usual, it'll offer players around the world a chance to catch a rare Pokemon and snag a special event-exclusive move.Typically, every Pokemon Go Community Day only runs for three hours, but the particulars of each event--from what time it starts to what Pokemon you'll be more likely to find in the wild and other bonuses that will be available--vary month by month. To help get you up to speed on this month's event, we've rounded up all the most important details about Pokemon Go's November Community Day below. Pokemon Go News Pokemon Go November Community Day: Start Time, Shiny Chimchar, And More Pokemon Go: Shiny Meowth Now Available As Part Of New Team Rocket Event Pokemon Go Adding First Gen 5 Legendary, Cobalion, Next Week Pokemon Go Is Getting A Special Research Quest Featuring Team Rocket Pokemon Go's November 2019 Community Day Announced, Features Chimchar What Is November's Featured Pokemon?Ahead of each Community Day, Niantic designates one "featured" Pokemon that will appear much more often than normal during the event. This month's featured Pokemon is Chimchar, the Fire-type starter from Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. Throughout the Community Day, Chimchar will spawn in the wild more often than it normally does. You'll also have your first chance of encountering a Shiny Chimchar during the event. These will be rare, however, so you'll need to be persistent if you're hoping to add a Shiny to your collection. What Is November's Special Community Day Move?Attention! Trainers who evolve Infernape during #PokemonGOCommunityDay or up to two hours afterward can obtain an Infernape that knows the Community Day exclusive move:🔥🔥🔥Blast Burn🔥🔥🔥 pic.twitter.com/XG6cRGJsCU — Pokémon GO (@PokemonGoApp) November 14, 2019Not only does the featured Pokemon appear more often in the wild during a Community Day, it is also able to learn a special event-exclusive move that it couldn't otherwise learn in Pokemon Go, but only if you can evolve it into its final form by the end of the event. That holds true for November's Community Day. If you can evolve Chimchar all the way into Infernape up to two hours after the event ends, the Pokemon will automatically learn the powerful Fire-type attack Blast Burn. This applies to any Chimchar you have in your collection, even if you caught it prior to the event, but it will only learn Blast Burn if it evolves during the designated time frame. What Time Does November's Community Day Start? As previously mentioned, each Community Day only runs for three hours, although the event often starts at different times depending on the month. Like last month's event, November's Community Day will take place early in the day, from 11 AM to 2 PM local time. That means you'll have until 4 PM local time to evolve an Infernape and learn Blast Burn. What Other Bonuses Are Available? On top of increased Pokemon spawns, Niantic offers a couple of other bonuses during each Community Day as an extra incentive to participate in the event. As usual, any Lure Modules you use during November's Community Day will last for three hours, rather than their usual 30 minutes. Additionally, Pokemon eggs will hatch at a quarter of the distance they typically require during the event, allowing you to hatch eggs more quickly than normal.Info from Gamespot.com

Can you believe that 2019 is almost over? December is right around the corner, and that means streaming services like Hulu have a whole new batch of content coming your way. Hulu--whose live TV service is getting a price hike soon--has released its list for December, and there are more movies, TV shows, and originals to binge-watch to your heart's content. Check it all out below, along with some recommendations. The majority of Hulu's content drops on the first of the month. If you love the Fast & Furious franchise, then you can enjoy The Fast and the Furious. 2 Fast 2 Furious, and Tokyo Drift on December 1. Sure, the first three movies in this franchise are the weakest--as they were more about driving cars fast and hadn't become the action movies we know now--but Tokyo Drift does have Han in it, and we all love Han. Rest in peace. The fourth movie in the franchise, titled Fast & Furious, arrives later in the month on December 16.On December 13, the first Transformers spinoff movie, Bumblebee, arrives. It's easily the most-fun of the giant robot series, and in his review for Bumblebee, GameSpot's Michael Rougeau said, "Bumblebee hits a perfect tone with a great mix of action, humor, and heart. The soundtrack strikes all the right chords, the action is mostly clear and easy to follow even when two massive robots are rapidly grappling and transforming into various forms, and the characters are instantly relatable, without screenwriter Christina Hodson relying too much on cliches. The homages to Spielberg, Hughes, and other '80s filmmakers may not be subtle, but they are a lot of fun, and Bumblebee pays tribute in smart ways that don't feel out of place or forced."On December 31, there are plenty of movies leaving the service as well, and there is one you really need to watch again before it leaves. That movie is Demolition Man. It is one of the best sci-fi action movies of the '90s, and you deserve to treat yourself to it. Respawn Entertainment's foray into the Star Wars saga, Jedi: Fallen Order, is a dauntingly large game. It sports several planets, each with huge, interlocking maps with multiple pathways through them and tons of scattered secrets. Even just following the critical path, you're going to put a lot of time into the game--and much more if you're diligent in uncovering all the upgrades and story collectibles hidden within. We worked our way through the game ahead of its release for our Jedi: Fallen Order review, and then dove back in post-release to see what more was secreted away in the depths of Zeffo, Kashyyyk, and Dathomir. If you're looking to get everything, you're going to be here for a while--the planets are huge and there are whole areas, like Zeffo's Venator Wreckage area, that are completely optional (and only accessible late in the game when you've acquired a bunch of specific Force powers). For our review, I put in some 22 hours into Jedi: Fallen Order, mixing following the critical path with searching for secrets and knocking out optional mini-bosses. In those 22 hours, I unlocked somewhere between 75% and 90% of the map for all the planets you'll visit through the course of the game. So if you're interested in looking around, expect Jedi: Fallen Order to take you about 20 hours to finish--maybe more like 18 if you aren't interested in hunting for secrets and leaving the critical path. Explorations is pretty deeply ingrained in the DNA of Jedi: Fallen Order, though, so don't expect a map marker to take you straight to your next destination most of the time--you're going to have to find your own way there. If you're bent on finding everything that Jedi: Fallen Order has to offer, it might take you significantly longer. Returning to Zeffo, the planet I had cleared the least of by the time Fallen Order's credits rolled, I managed to sink another three hours in hunting secrets, treasure chests, and story items--and I haven't completed the planet yet. Completionists should expect to sink in at least 25-30 hours into Jedi: Fallen Order. You'll be rewarded for your efforts, though. While treasure chests exclusively contain cosmetic items for Cal, BD-1, the Mantis ship, and your lightsaber, you'll also find lots of Force echoes throughout the game that give snatches of story. Some areas, like the aforementioned Venator Wreckage, offer significant challenge and their own self-contained stories in the form of echoes, which also inform Cal's character. So while hunting down every little thing might seem like more trouble than its worth once you've finished the game, know that there might be more story for Jedi: Fallen Order to tell, if you're willing to dedicate the time.Info from Gamespot.com

Apparently all of those Mass Effect-related tweets this past N7 Day wasn't just BioWare employees teasing fans. According to a report, the studio is working on a fifth Mass Effect title.According to Kotaku, BioWare Edmonton--the studio responsible for developing the Mass Effect and Dragon Age series--is "in very early development" on a new Mass Effect game. The project is being led by BioWare project director Mike Gamble--whose previous work includes serving as the producer for Mass Effect: Andromeda and lead producer for Anthem. This past N7 Day--an annual holiday BioWare holds every November 7 to celebrate Mass Effect--several BioWare tweets hinted that work on a new Mass Effect title had officially begun. "Where do you want Mass Effect to go in the future?" Gamble tweeted, following up that there are still "so many stories yet to tell." BioWare boss Casey Hudson tweeted that he's been thinking about "where [BioWare wants] to go next" for Mass Effect and also posted several pieces of previously unreleased Mass Effect concept art--ideas that the studio hadn't yet "brought to life."However, before N7 Day, BioWare was already insisting that more Mass Effect games are on the way. In February 2019, Hudson said that Mass Effect is "very much alive." Gamble added that "of course" BioWare isn't finished with Mass Effect. In celebration of N7 Day 2019, BioWare also added limited-time Mass Effect-themed cosmetics to Anthem, including four new javelin skins, a javelin wrap, and an emote. In the aforementioned Kotaku report, sources at BioWare state that the studio is not yet done with Anthem. Though exact details are still in flux, BioWare wants to completely overhaul Anthem, transforming it into an "Anthem 2.0 or Anthem Next.""We spent a few months just tearing [Anthem] down and figuring out what needed to change fundamentally," one person told Kotaku. "And we've been rebuilding for another few months since."Info from Gamespot.com

Path of Exile 2 has been officially announced. Revealed at ExileCon in New Zealand today, the sequel is a seven-act game promising numerous updates and improvements over the first game. Notably, however, Path of Exile 2 is not a separate standalone game. Instead, it combines the campaigns for Path of Exile 1 and 2, with its tagline being "one game, two campaigns."Grinding Gear Games founder Chris Wilson said the studio did not want to split the community, so it decided to fold the games together. "Both the old and new storyline lead to the same shared Atlas endgame," Grinding Gear explained. "Path of Exile 2 retains all expansion content that has been created over the last six years and introduces a new skill system, ascendancy classes, engine improvements and more."All the game content you might already have for Path of Exile 1--including microtransaction items, expansions, and more--will carry forward to the new version. One of the biggest and most notable changes for Path of Exile 2 is that gems are no longer socketed. This is a very big change, and it'll surely change the way players consider armor drops, among other things.Additionally, the game engine has been updated with improvements to make the lighting and other effects look better. There are also improvements to the skill system and more. Another new feature is "shapeshifting," which allows players to change form with the press of a button, even mid-animation.Here are some other notable changes for Path of Exile 2:It's set 20 years after the death of Kitava. "Ambitious men rise to fill the void and their thirst for power is once again corrupting Wraeclast," reads a line from the announcement. There are 19 new Ascendancy Classes. All armor and weapons have been updated. The beta is starting in late 2020 at the soonest. The skill system is being overhauled. There are new Support Gems that are socketed directly into Gems. With the new system it will be possible to six-link all skills.Wilson said Path of Exile 2, overall, addresses all of the "deficiencies" of the first game. A live demonstration of Path of Exile 2 was shown during the ExileCon keynote--and it looked seriously impressive. You can check out some extended gameplay in the video below. No release date has been announced for Path of Exile 2, but Wilson said the studio is taking its time to ensure the experience is polished. ExileCon runs all weekend, so keep checking back with GameSpot for the latest.Disclosure: Grinding Gear Games is paying for GameSpot's flight and accommodation in Auckland, New Zealand to attend ExileCon. Steam regularly has free periods where you can play a game all weekend, but you usually have to buy it if you want to keep playing past Sunday. However, this weekend is different, and with Black Friday just around the corner, Steam and publisher Sega are offering free digital copies of Company of Heroes 2 until November 17 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET.All you have to do to get your free game is go to Company of Heroes 2's Steam page, add it to your cart, and then checkout as if you were buying the game normally. You won't be charged, and it'll still be yours to keep forever. Sega is also discounting much of the game's DLC, so if you find you enjoy the game, you can pick some of it up at a cheaper price. Get your free game at Steam GameSpot's Company of Heroes 2 review scored the real-time strategy game a 7.5/10. "Such multiplayer mayhem recalls the original Company of Heroes' best moments, and you couldn't accuse this sequel of reaching the heights of the classic that spawned it," critic Kevin Van Ord wrote."This familiarity is unlikely to breed much contempt, however, given Company of Heroes 2's consistent level of enjoyment. Its barrage of online and offline skirmishes doesn't always hit its mark. But when it finds its target, Company of Heroes 2 delivers a loud and mighty payload."In related news, Steam is offering a free-play weekend for the tactical FPS, Squad. If you enjoy playing it, you can grab it for 50% off all weekend--$20 USD, $25 CAD, or £16.25. Other games on sale include 2016's Doom, Watch Dogs 2, and Street Fighter 5, among others.Info from Gamespot.com

"Fallen Order becomes perhaps the strongest conception of what playing as a Jedi Knight ought to really be like," wrote Phil Hornshaw. "It's true that Fallen Order borrows liberally from other action games, but those elements work together with Respawn's combat and environment design, and a story that finds humanity in the Force and in its characters, to hone in on what makes the world of Star Wars worthy of revisiting again and again. Even with some rough edges, Fallen Order represents one of the most compelling game additions to the Star Wars franchise in years."Read on for the best Black Friday deals on Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order announced so far.Black Friday deals: Star Wars Jedi Fallen OrderGame dealsCurrently, the best deal on Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order for PS4 or Xbox One is at Ebay, where you can get a brand-new copy of the game with free shipping for $50 ($10 off).
